We try very hard to work with the new driver where they live. Due to circumstances like distance, we will try to work with clients based on their location to us. Ideally, we want the new driver to drive in their home area. We do make exceptions on a cases by case basis.
This process does take time to get started. Once we have completed the intake and evaluation process, we will work on getting the new driver into our schedule. It may take a couple months to get in, unless we have a cancellation. We ask that the new driver and support team be ready to commit themselves once we begin.
